Mr. Mohd. Yakub Abbas Ali Kadri

Kadri Group of Constructions was established in 1983 by our proprietor and his father, Abba Ali Kadri. As one of the founding members, our proprietor has accumulated 37 years of extensive experience in the field of real estate development. His expertise spans across multiple areas, including exceptional management skills, a strong command of construction quality, and in-depth market analysis. His leadership and technical knowledge have played a key role in shaping the company’s success in the real estate industry.

TEAM OF ARCHITECTS

Our Architectural consultant team under the leadership of Vishwas Joshi, a senior architect practising since 40 years in this Mumbai city completed more than 500+ project works for appropriate design and planning to deliver a perfect home considering all the functional & technical aspects such as internal furniture layouts, elevation, fire fighting, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, etc. Further our architectural team consists of Mr.Saad Shaikh, Ar. Arbaz Kadri, Ar. Hamza Kadri, Ar. Shubham Shelar, and Ar. Abdul Qadir. With this team of Architects our company is able to achieve quality planning, perfect execution, appropriate project management, quality control and most important on-time approval from component authority with a discipline and commitment towards the compliances laid down by them.

TEAM OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

Our Structural Engineering Team under the leadership of Vikas Gokhale who has a vast experience in this field of Structural Engineering and Structural Design has completed more than 700+ projects all around the globe. Further our Structural Engineering team consists of Er Kamrul Siddique and Er Nazim Siddique. With this team we are able to achieve ideal RCC structural design, execution, and workmanship to deliver a high quality of Earthquake Resistant RCC framed structures. We do not compromise with the quality and strength of our structures.

TEAM OF LEGAL ADVISORS

This team consists of senior Adv. Bipin Joshi, Adv. Vimlesh Singh, Adv. Akram Kapoor and Adv. Sahil Ansari. This team works on thorough documentation with respect to the legal aspects related to Real-Estate Developments. Further this team works for an undisputed relationship between our company and the society, purchaser, investor, component authorities, etc. Also this team takes care of the pending legal aspects of a land or a society to be completed before initiating a project to avoid future legal hardships.

TEAM OF REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

This team consists of our key persons Arbaz Kadri, Hamza Kadri, and Faizan Qureshi. It works on each and every management issues and builds a perfect coordination with the concerned professionals, suppliers, channel partners, etc. Also this team shoulders the responsibility of every healthy relationship between our company and the society members and purchasers by resolving each and every issue on time after handing over the premises.
